Lol. I am personally inclined to agree but let's be reasonable.
Grinding out points to get awards/medals/titles just because you no lifed it is retarded.

I am doing drunkard atm to get 30 titles, awesome skill required to drink 10k bottles, and it is such a thrill.. sigh. I do not want GW2 PvE to become so title based and title driven as GW1 ended up.

I actually liked the idea of PvE skills when first raised. They allow the ability for ANet to introduce skills that simply wouldn't work in PvP, either from being impossible to balance or simply not working in the way PvP is structured.
However, I think linking them to titles was a big mistake. If it was me, I would have made them just like any other skills apart from being barred from PvP: each linked to a profession and scaling according to one (or more) of the attributes of that profession. Not something that you can simply slot in and use to full effect and no real sacrifice apart from the ten thousand hours you've spent grinding. (Some exaggeration may have been used for comedic effect.) In the case of EOTN, it would also make profession more important - you actually have to choose the right profession to use the skill rather than simply having everyone carrying, say, Pain Inverter or Assassin Support with no impact on the rest of their build.

Hence why I put in the second sentence. Given a choice, I'd take no grind for mechanical benefit... but not given that choice, I'd take experience over the shambles we have now. Experience doesn't care if you'd rather do a Titan Quest or a Sorrow's Furnace run instead of repetitive clearings of Varajar Fells culminating in refusing the quest reward from Kerrsh so you can keep those bosses spawning. (Seriously, when the game rewards leaving quests unfinished so you can farm titles using the mobs the quest generates, there's something wrong.)

If they make everything so god damn easy to get then I will definately not be playing. If it wasn't for pvp I would have dumped GW long long ago...Lack of challenging content=FAIL

I agree. There allowing people to substitute skill for time to earn their rewards which is them straying from their original idea of a game being casual and fun with the moto skill over time.
This is why I won't be buying GW2 when it first comes out. I'll wait for my friends to do so and I'll wait for reviews and opinions from my friends. Lol I don't want GW2 to end up like WoW as everyone is claiming... No thanks I've played enough WoW in my life and I never want to play anything similar to it again.

Skill bar's. I spend way to much time thinking about what skills to use.
I think Anet should should give us a fixed set of skills to work with and be done with it. Add a few more skills to Ursan and we'll be fine. Maybe a self/party heal and a charm pet ?

I don't want cheesy overpowered PVE skills like UB in GW2.
And please no more title grind associated with these same PVE skills.

Tough i play my monk exclusively lately, i would rather like the monk class to become a little less essential. They are just too important.

Probably a delicate blend of both
If GW2 does actually take a swing towards more WoW like grind, then i definately wont bother with it, i cant stand that f'kin game.
Anet should stick to the formula that made this game what it is, not todays watered down, excuse.

Pointless maze maps, underlying hitboxes that are completely mismatched to the visible graphics, inability to put in ceilings, doors to buildings that you cannot enter, arbitrary/invisible walls & forced pathing, etc. A more interactive & immersive environment would be much appreciated.

Mesmers ARE enchanters... they're called hexes. The next person to insult mesmers dies . I am almost outraged they are considering getting rid of a few of the GW professions... and the likely suspects are mesmers, assassins, or paragons, and as you can tell I love mesmers. If gw2 has no mesmers, don't expect me to play it.
Anyway, back on topic: definately none of these:
Grinding: for god's sake, no one likes grinding. "Ooh yay I can't wait to do the same thing 10000 times. ^^ /sarcasm" (Sunspear point farming which is necessary to progress in the storyline... no. Just no.)
Pve skills that are ridiculous: When I first heard about Pve skills I wasn't impressed, and I knew they would reward grinders. Ok, I like using Selfless Spirit and Ether Nightmare; they're not too absurdly strong. However, Ursan is really spoiling the game, as you can barely get into any groups for fow or uw without either playing ursan, HB (telling people what elites to use is another one of my pet hates), or a "noob". Which leads me onto my next subject:
Elitism: Ok, elitism is a human characteristic, but I hate being treated like dirt just for the skills I choose to use / way I play.
Heroes: Or AI allies generally. I don't mind them, and it's nice to use them when no one's around / not in the mood to play with others, but I would really like mob scaling so I can walk outside on my own (properly) and achieve something without a mob of AI or people.
Titles: Life made sense before these. No thank you.
I may add more if I can remember...
